Accounting Success Manager, NorCal

Overview: - Remote position based in the Bay Area. - Join FloQast's Customer Success team. - Collaborate with former Audit and Public/Private Accounting colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Establish strong relationships with clients. - Drive customer success using FloQast solutions and strategic guidance. - Achieve improvements in close and accounting operations. - Identify strategic opportunities for expansion within FloQast ecosystem. - Conduct business reviews to align solutions with evolving business needs. - Forecast and track key account metrics using KPIs. - Develop strategic customer relationships and engage in marketing initiatives. - Manage customer training and project management. - Travel up to 30% within the Bay Area. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance. - 4+ years of industry accounting experience. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Proven success in managing multiple projects. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. - Self-starter thriving in a fast-paced environment. - Professional Certification (CPA preferred). - Prior experience with FloQast or similar software. - Customer Centric with a track record of managing customer escalations. - Tech Stack familiarity: Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, G-Suite.
