Manager, Corporate Sales

Overview: - Sales Manager role in a fast-growing technology company for accounting transformation platform. - Targets finance and accounting functions within various organizations. - Focus on roles like CFO, Controller, and Accounting Managers. Key Responsibilities: - Directly manage Corporate Account Executives (AEs) and their success. - Participate in all sales cycle aspects with AEs. - Ensure best practices consistency and manage team activities using SFDC. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing management for performance communication. - Engage with BDR Managers and partnerships team for cohesiveness. - Provide input on competitive activity and product direction. - Develop understanding of client challenges and FloQast solutions. - Conduct weekly 1:1 and team meetings for performance review and motivation. - Active engagement in sales cycles and provide accurate weekly forecasts. - Utilize SFDC, track KPIs, and coach Sandler sales methodology. - Travel within assigned territory as required. - Provide weekly summary reporting to Sales Management. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS. - 3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in SaaS. - High professionalism, work ethic, and ability to utilize SFDC. - Prior experience selling into the office of the CFO. - Effective coaching and counseling skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple client engagements. - High energy, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and collaborative orientation. - Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets. Compensation & Benefits: - Base pay range: $144,000-$180,000. - Eligible for bonus plan in addition to base pay. - Competitive and elaborate benefits package including medical, dental, vision, family forming benefits, life & disability insurance, and unlimited vacation. - FloQast reserves the right to amend pay ranges and benefits offerings. - Compensation is contingent upon meeting qualifications, successful interview process, and role completion.
