Order Management Analyst

Overview: - Order Management Analyst role supporting Revenue Operations and Sales teams. - Focus on Quote to Cash process in Deal Desk and Order Management. - Key role in driving effective financial reporting, sales commissions, and customer invoicing. Key Responsibilities: - Manage quote approval process. - Conduct quality checks on order forms. - Assist with deal structuring and ensure accurate data in Salesforce. - Correct discrepancies based on order form information. - Serve as a cross-functional sounding board and liaison. - Review and approve CPQ quotes. - Audit customer orders for booking. - Perform data quality checks in Salesforce. - Identify and address incorrect metrics and information. - Collaborate with RevOps teammates to address booking issues. - Complete assigned Salesforce cases. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-3 years of experience in deal desk, finance, contracts, sales operations, or revenue role. - Software/SaaS experience, specifically with Salesforce and CPQ. - Detail-oriented, analytical, and possess strong listening, organizational, and operational skills. - Willingness to learn and work as a team player. - Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
