Solutions Consultant, West Coast (Accounting Experience)

Overview: - Role involves leveraging operational & technical industry or public accounting background to empower FloQast direct sales team. - Acts as a liaison for accounting-specific questions during sales cycle. - Maximizes revenue and drives rep development. Key Responsibilities: - Join remote and occasional on-site meetings to answer technical/operational accounting questions. - Conduct product demonstrations and participate in webinars, trade-shows, and industry events. - Strategize with sales team on positioning, objection handling, and next steps. - Lead internal training sessions to enhance accounting knowledge. - Coordinate with product, support, and setup teams for roadmap developments. - Assist partnership/consulting team with demonstrations for PE and/or Accounting firms. - Provide a deeper understanding of why clients have purchased FloQast. - Assist Customer Success team with accounting-related client calls. - Organize IT/sales collateral for direct sales team. - Increase individual close rates. - Assist in technical or IT evaluations regarding FloQast application. - Travel required up to 25%. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 3-5 years industry accounting experience with involvement in month-end close process. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Knowledge of financial compliance landscape. - Prior user experience of FloQast or similar month-end close software preferred. - Collaborative team player comfortable in high-velocity sales environment. - Self-starter with initiative and ability to work under tight deadlines.
