Overview: - Seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for Gearset's Premier team. - Working with large, recognizable brands like Sony and DHL. - Focus on long-term success and retention for accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively identify and engage at-risk accounts. - Collaborate with sales and technical teams for customer support during initial implementation. - Identify customer pain points and share technical expertise. - Build relationships with key decision-makers and product champions. - Represent customer views and drive user satisfaction improvements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager with retention focus. - Technical background with a predisposition to learn. - Ability to simplify complex technical topics. - Customer-centric approach and genuine desire to deliver end-user value. - Effective long-term relationship building with customers. - Proactive and collaborative working style. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range: £40k - £60k, based on experience. - Remote UK-based full-time role, with occasional evening calls for US-based customers. - Personal development budget up to £1500 per year. - 25 days annual holiday plus bank holidays, with an option to purchase additional days. - Company Pension Plan with up to 5% match. - Long-Term Incentive scheme opportunity. - Bupa health care, life insurance, critical illness cover. - Flexible working hours. - Discounted gym membership and health and wellness benefits.
