**Overview:** - Granicus is a company focused on building, implementing, and maintaining technology to transform the Govtech industry. - The company has a mission to support customers by meeting community needs and implementing technology equitably and inclusively. - Granicus has been recognized on the GovTech 100 list and is known for its comprehensive cloud-based solutions. - The Canadian sales team is seeking a strong Account Manager to drive new revenue in the Canadian market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives. - Generate sales and promote market growth within the territory. - Work with the Marketing Team to ensure strong lead flow. - Create and articulate compelling value propositions. - Manage all aspects of sales in the territory, including prospecting, activity tracking, opportunity management, forecasting revenue, contract management, and closing deals. - Support management team in developing sales strategy. - Document all conversations, activities, and emails in Salesforce CRM and other sales tools. - Write and present quarterly business reviews. - Travel 20-30% of the time. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Confident, competitive, thorough, flexible, resilient, and tenacious. - Proven ability to manage 30 or more active opportunities and meet sales objectives. - Experience selling software and/or technology in the Canadian Government / Public-sector. - Capable of selling $100K+ deals as part of a diverse sales pipeline. - Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and successful working independently and in a collaborative team. - Excited about managing multiple simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Proven in prospecting and achieving significant accomplishments in selling enterprise software, ERP, SaaS, marketing/communications technology, or marketing services. - French proficiency (Preferred). - Effective Prospecting and Opportunity Closure. - Proficient in CRM Utilization. - Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments. - Client-Centric Problem-Solving. - Solution-Oriented Sales Approach. - Utilization of Technology for Sales Enhancement. - Navigating Complex Sales Environments. - Influencing Abilities and Persuasive Communication. - Interpersonal Effectiveness and Collaborative Relationship-Building. - Forward-Thinking and Strategic Mindset. - Strong Customer Orientation and Result Orientation. - Business Acumen. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 a year. - Commission and benefits. - Security and Privacy Requirements: Responsible for Granicus information security and data privacy.
