Overview: - Granicus is a GovTech company focused on building, implementing, and maintaining technology to connect governments and their constituents. - The company has served over 5,500 government agencies and more than 300 million citizen subscribers. - The Implementation Manager role is responsible for day-to-day operations, leading a team, and ensuring client goals are exceeded. Key Responsibilities: - Direct oversight of Implementation engagements, including delivery, quality assurance, and compliance. - Leading a team, providing expertise as a trusted advisor and mentor. - Acting as the primary client escalation point and advocating for best practices. - Collaborating with various teams to remove obstacles and deliver on client objectives. - Building a team culture that promotes high client satisfaction and reference-ability. - Providing key performance metrics to the leadership team. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience in implementing and managing complex SaaS projects with large organizations. - Passion for public sector success and client focus. - Strong interpersonal skills and comfort in presenting and leading a team virtually. - Project Management experience, preferably with public sector clients. - BA/BS degree or equivalent (not mandatory). - Security and privacy training compliance.
