Overview: - HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform. - Empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to enhance digital presence and drive growth. - Company culture emphasizes creativity, collaboration, and work-life balance. Key Responsibilities: - Measure affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics. - Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership on recruitment strategies. - Identify and prospect higher tier potential affiliates. - Develop personalized strategies for existing affiliates' quarterly goals. - Hold sponsored & endorsed affiliates to contractual expectations. - Orchestrate affiliate landing pages and pre-defined offers. - Attend in-person events and assist with duties. - Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. - 2-4 years of Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, Affiliate/JV management, or Business Development experience. - Working knowledge of Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, SEO. - Strong technical aptitude for HighLevel software. - Experience with CRM Systems and familiarity with Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn.
