Group Product Manager

Overview: - Group Product Manager role at Instructure to drive assessment strategy. - Central to shaping seamless, innovative, and scalable assessment experiences. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver modern assessment improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute vision and roadmap for assessment area. - Drive discovery, research, and experimentation for rapid innovation and scaling. - Prioritize and execute upgrades and new capabilities for modernizing tools. - Communicate effectively across stakeholders on product direction and impact. - Leverage data and insights for product decisions and continuous improvement. - Own go-to-market strategy and manage change for excellent customer experience. - Work independently as an IC while leading large-scale initiatives. - Learn about different educational systems globally. - Work with AI/ML in edtech or assessment innovation. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in edtech, assessments, or learning platforms. - Proven cross-functional leadership and ability to align diverse teams. - Experience managing complex product ecosystems and balancing legacy upgrades with new features. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills. - Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience using metrics for product decisions. - Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development. - Openness to learning about different educational systems. - Experience with AI/ML in edtech or assessment innovation is a plus.
