Overview: - Instructure values personal growth and success, creating products to enhance learning and personal development. - The Bilingual Technical Support group at Instructure provides technical assistance for Canvas LMS software users. Key Responsibilities: - Offer technical support to end-users, learning management systems administrators, and corporate users. - Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails, troubleshoot issues, and escalate unresolved problems. - Maintain detailed records in the ticketing system. - Direct users to appropriate helpdesk when necessary. - Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
