Overview: - Parchment, a global education technology company, seeks an exceptional sales leader to drive growth. - The role involves managing Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) for cross-selling and new sales to member institutions. - Responsibilities include ensuring RSMs meet quotas, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining product knowledge. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 5-8 RSMs with individual quotas for non-renewal bookings. - Implement sales methodologies, provide feedback, and motivate the team. - Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and HR for strategy development and talent onboarding. - Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, DemandBase, and Outreach to produce bookings. - Maintain product knowledge and contribute to the company's knowledge base. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of consistent quota achievement as an individual contributor or leader. - Proven leadership and talent development in sales skills and methodologies. - Strong coach, motivator, and relationship builder with excellent communication and organizational skills. - Proficient in sales tools such as Google Suite, Sandler Sales Training, Salesforce, Excel, Outreach, and Gong. - High negotiating ability and attention to detail. - Capable of managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines. Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually. - Variable target of $125k, bringing the overall total earnings (OTE) to $220-$245k. - Instructure values diversity and is an Equal Opportunity Employer. - Background checks are mandatory for all employees.
