Manager, Parchment Award Sales

Overview: - Parchment, a global education technology company, seeks an exceptional sales leader for its growth phase. - The role involves managing Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to sell Parchment Award platform products to institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 5-8 RSMs with individual quotas for non-renewal bookings and pipeline creation. - Implement sales strategies, train RSMs in Sandler selling methodology, and ensure product knowledge. - Travel 40-50% of each month for conferences, client visits, and company meetings. - Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, customer success, and HR for new sales strategies and talent development. - Maintain product capabilities, pricing, contract process, and sales pipeline accuracy. - Utilize sales tools like Salesforce, DemandBase, and Outreach. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of consistent quota achievement as an individual contributor or leader. - Proven leadership and talent development in sales skills, methodology implementation, and processes. - Natural coach with feedback provision, motivation, and relationship management skills. - Curious, active listener, and strong negotiating ability with a track record of commercial success. - Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Self-driven, independent, and well-versed in various sales tools.
