Product Operations Program Manager

Overview: - Seeking a Program Manager for the Customer Connectivity Program at Instructure. - Role involves leading program execution, aligning product development with customer feedback, and driving meaningful impact on product strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Own and execute the Customer Connectivity Program in line with strategic goals. - Establish and manage processes for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer feedback. - Track and report on key results, success metrics, and initiative progress. - Collaborate with various teams to improve initiatives like Customer Discovery Sessions, Public Roadmap Transparency, and User Feedback Management. - Identify risks and propose solutions to ensure program success. - Lead cross-functional initiative groups and manage stakeholders. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of experience in program management, product operations, or customer insights programs. - Strong background in process development, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration. - Experience with customer-facing initiatives, product feedback loops, and scaling operational processes. - Ability to translate customer insights into actionable program improvements. - Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate decision-making. - Strong analytical and reporting skills, with experience in OKRs, KPIs, and program dashboards. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Preferred experience in tech, SaaS, or EdTech environments.
