Sr. Manager, Field Marketing Operations

**Overview:** - Senior Manager of Field Marketing Operations at Instructure. - Strategic partner and point person for Marketing field teams. - Guides lead process, systems, and business intelligence strategy and execution. - Drives forward the Marketing organization’s vision of success. **Key Responsibilities:** - Leadership & Team Development: - Assist with planning, hiring, and developing new hires. - Foster a culture of growth and innovation. - Oversee tool and system needs for the Marketing Field team. - Drive the Marketing organization’s vision through strategic partnership. - Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: - Partner with various teams for project intake, prioritization, and handoffs. - Represent Marketing in enhancement requests and product roadmap influence. - Maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders. - Partner with teams for goal setting and performance tracking. - Operational Management: - Oversee strategic Field Marketing initiatives and execution of SOPs. - Monitor marketing system & process internally. - Data Analytics, Forecasting & Performance Tracking: - Report on Marketing performance data trends. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets for the Marketing team. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum of 5 years as a Marketing Operations Manager or similar role. - Proven expertise in Marketing operations, business analysis, and program management. - Hands-on experience with Marketing tools and platforms. - Extensive experience in driving a roadmap cross-functionally. - Strong understanding of marketing methodologies and best practices. - Ability to manage complex projects and execute marketing initiatives. - Strong communication skills and networking abilities. - Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 a year. - Medical, dental, disability, and life insurance. - HSA program, vision, voluntary life, and AD&D insurance. - Tuition reimbursement. - Paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and flexible work schedules. - LifeStyle Spending Account.
