Sr. Marketing Manager

Overview: - Senior Marketing Manager for Professional Learning at Instructure. - Focus on growing the business in corporate, government, and not-for-profit sectors. - Collaborate with a team and internal stakeholders across various departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage marketing campaigns and events for Professional Learning. - Partner with another Senior Marketing Manager to design and report on campaigns. - Own and execute various-sized owned and attended events, including InstructureCon. - Research, negotiate, and secure sponsorships and venues for events. - Manage project plans, contracts, and internal communications for events. - Ensure operational excellence in salesforce and post-event improvements. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Generalist marketing background with deep experience in field/events/webinars. - Preferred experience in public sector/government/B2B marketing. - Strong understanding of funnel dynamics, pipeline coverage, and lead generation. - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and project management experience. - Ability to manage budget and invoicing processes. - Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, and project management software like Asana. - Strong communication skills, teamwork, time management, and multitasking abilities. - Kindness, conscientiousness, and a good sense of humor.
