Director, Global Deal Desk

Overview: - Seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Global Deal Desk. - Role involves building, scaling, and leading a global deal desk function. - Focus on deal structuring, pricing strategy, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Drive optimal deal structuring and pricing strategy. - Manage complex deal negotiations and quote-to-cash technology stack. - Oversee global price books and SKU structures. - Lead strategic pricing policies and discount guidelines. - Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Product teams for enterprise deals. - Implement financial controls and processes for compliance. - Develop training and enablement programs for sales teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for deal velocity and transparency. - Establish global deal desk policies and governance. - Analyze deal performance metrics and implement continuous improvement. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations. - At least 5 years in leadership positions. - Deep expertise in quote-to-cash technologies (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, DocuSign CLM). - Proven ability to design, implement, and optimize global pricing strategies. - Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills. - Demonstrated leadership experience. - Experience scaling operational processes in global technology companies. - Expertise in consumption-based pricing models and strategies.
