Staff Product Designer - Insomnia

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design exceptional customer experiences. - Lead complex projects from concept to final UI design, adhering to design standards. - Champion customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and communicate context for alignment. - Demonstrate ownership by educating others, communicating progress, and taking initiative for team improvement. - Role model best practices and mentor junior team members. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum of 6+ years of related experience, with at least one experience in developer-focused product design. - Portfolio showcasing expertise in design phases, including leading collaborative design processes, conducting user research, and making data-informed decisions. - Strong communication and storytelling skills (written and verbal). - Familiarity with a shared design system and team processes. - Ability to create aesthetically-pleasing and pixel-perfect final UI.
