Certified Financial Planner ™

Overview: - Full-time Certified Financial Planner® role at LearnLux, a fast-growing workplace financial wellbeing provider. - Remote position within the US, reporting to the Director of Financial Planning. - Focus on providing unbiased, holistic financial guidance to employees. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients remotely on topics like budgeting, retirement, and debt management. - Advise on LearnLux methodology for financial guidance. - Participate in weekly team meetings and contribute to the digital experience. - Work with content team on creating and reviewing digital platform materials. - Design and lead engagement campaigns for employer partners. - Become an expert on client benefit plans during open enrollment. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - CFP® designation and passion for financial education. - Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and take direction from multiple team members. - Experience in personal finance areas: retirement, equity compensation, investments, budgeting, debt management, etc. - Additional certifications (CPA, Enrolled Agent, Credit Counseling). - Startup/FinTech experience preferred. - Bi-lingual (Spanish) skills. - Experience in creating and presenting to large audiences. - Availability for occasional evening and Saturday work, and travel for on-site events.
