Events Program Lead

**Overview:** - LearnLux is introducing a new Event Program Lead role focused on Event Marketing to drive B2B2C growth. - The role is remote-based within the US and part of a company that values financial wellness and technology. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute B2BC event strategy and manage execution for measurable growth. - Manage both in-person and digital event logistics, including coordination with suppliers and stakeholders. - Co-create event roadmaps/strategies considering brand needs, industry trends, and budget. - Plan logistics for events, including internal team training, securing accommodations, and pre/post-show communications. - Attend trade shows, host webinars, design booth layouts, and manage booth materials. - Execute promotional item strategy, including scoping, budget management, and shipping. - Complete post-event reports with data-driven analysis and recommendations. - Train internal teams on messaging for adoption and lead follow-up process. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 5+ years of event marketing experience (digital/in-person). - Experience as a sole event marketer/field marketer with growth potential. - Prior experience working with sales and marketing teams, especially in SaaS. - Knowledge of B2B event marketing and field marketing best practices. - Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and executive presence. - Experience in metrics-oriented marketing environments and familiarity with automation tools. - Excellent project management and budget management skills. - Passion for travel and experience with domestic and international conferences. - Knowledge of personal finance topics and experience with digital marketing/design tools is a plus. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $95,000 - $112,000 a year. - Remote-first company structure. - Medical, dental, and vision benefits. - 401(k) plan. - Mental wellbeing support (Talkspace). - Financial wellbeing (LearnLux). - Equity for full-time employees. - Paid vacation and sick leave. - Supportive, inclusive team culture. - Opportunities for continuous learning and growth. - Equal opportunity employer, encouraging applications from diverse backgrounds.
