Amazon Business Manager

**Overview:** - Role focused on driving profitable growth of key product categories on Amazon/Seller Central. - Develops and manages strategy for Once Upon a Farm’s 3P business, including FBA and FBM fulfillment models. - May support growth on other e-commerce marketplaces and collaborate internally. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute strategy for Amazon Core growth. - Manage day-to-day operations of Amazon business. - Oversee assortment plans, Vine execution, and trade spend plans. - Collaborate with internal teams on performance marketing, demand planning, and competitive analysis. - Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. - Drive inputs into SKU-level sales forecasting. - Address suppression issues and maintain the buy box. - Represent e-commerce business within an omnichannel organization. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - BA/BS in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or related field. - Minimum 6 years of professional experience on Amazon 3P business and other marketplaces. - Strong understanding of performance marketing and cross-functional stakeholder collaboration. - Practical knowledge of Microsoft Suite and other professional platforms. - Experience with food/CPG business, especially cold-chain business. - Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity and develop cohesive strategies. - Previous exposure to cross-functional work between Sustainability and E-commerce. - Reside in the United States. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Full-time, salaried, exempt position with a salary range of $120,000.00 to $140,000.00. - Annual bonus, 401(k) program with company match, remote-first work environment. - Monthly cell and internet stipend, quarterly farm-to-fridge home deliveries, employee discounts. - Paid Parental Leave, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, flexible spending account, health savings accounts, EAP. - Additional benefits and leaves as required by law. **Who We Are:** - Purpose: Improve childhood nutrition for a healthier, happier, and more equitable world. - Business: Provide organic, non-GMO, non-dairy snacks and meals for children. - Team: Fully remote, inclusive, and collaborative group focused on social impact and product excellence. - Equal Employment Opportunity: Committed to diversity and inclusivity in hiring practices.
