Quality Assurance and Customer Experience Intern

**Overview:** - Remote Quality Assurance & Customer Experience Intern role at Once Upon a Farm. - Supports customer service team with food safety investigations and quality assurance tasks. - Involved in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service operations and food safety practices. - Reports to the Product Quality Manager. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review and analyze customer inquiries and complaints related to food safety and quality. - Assist in food safety investigations and documentation. - Identify root causes of quality issues and develop improvement action plans. - Analyze customer feedback trends for process enhancement. - Participate in workgroups for continuous improvement and customer experience mapping. - Evaluate and enhance customer service software. - Train customer service team on new software features. - Present findings and learnings from the internship. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Recent graduate or professional experience in Food Science, Food Engineering, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Public Health, Supply Chain Management, Agricultural Science, Business Admin, or related fields. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and quality standards. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools. - Experience with customer experience analysis and sentiment mapping preferred. - Reside in the United States. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Hourly pay of $22.00. - Part-time internship, not to exceed 29 hours per week. - Estimated duration: May 2025 – November 2025. - 401(k) with 4% Employer Match. - Employee Discounts and quarterly Farm-to-Fridge home deliveries. - Cell and Internet Stipend. - Paid Volunteer Time Off. - Additional benefits not specified. **Who We Are:** - Driven to improve childhood nutrition for a healthier, happier world. - Provides organic, non-GMO, non-dairy snacks and meals for children. - Supports farmers supplying high-quality organic ingredients. - Fosters an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. - Equal-opportunity employer. - Removes unconscious bias from resume review process.
