Enablement Partner

**Overview:** - Palantir builds leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. - Enables partners to develop lifesaving drugs, forecast supply chain disruptions, locate missing children, etc. - Role involves working with deployment teams, Product Engineers, and Deployment Strategists. - Focus on supercharging customer growth and mission impact through partnership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage client relationships and serve as the operational interface between clients and Palantir. - Drive Palantir platform use through direct engagement with users. - Gather insights and painpoints to inform product development. - Lead client training sessions to enhance enablement. - Prioritize competing needs, manage projects, and coordinate with engineers. - Navigate sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism. - Possess experience with programming, scripting, or statistical packages. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Active US Security Clearance (TS/SCI). - Minimum 75% time on customer sites. - Prior experience in high growth operations, account management, project management. - Adaptive communication style for various audiences. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize, complete projects with tight deadlines, and manage client stakeholders. - Experience with task-tracking applications and programming/scripting/statistical packages. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $101,000 - $140,000/year, plus potential bonuses and incentives. - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, commuter benefits, paid time off, holidays, leave of absence program, parental leave, fertility and family building benefits, 401k plan. - Palantir values health, well-being, and offers various benefits and perks. - Encourages in-person work for connectivity and innovation, with hybrid options available. - Committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer, including reasonable accommodations for disabilities.
