Director of Partnerships (Remote)

Key Responsibilities: - Own and manage key partnerships, fostering trust and identifying opportunities. - Drive external project planning and execution, defining roadmaps and milestones. - Lead new partner activation with onboarding strategies and best practices. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Operations, Growth, Engineering, and Customer Success. - Proactively solve challenges and anticipate execution risks. - Refine and elevate partnership strategy, optimizing engagement and processes. - Execute independently with high impact, managing high-stakes initiatives. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in strategic partnership management (consulting, banking, private equity, or partner-driven startups). - Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience working with senior executives. - Strong project execution skills, managing high-impact projects across multiple stakeholders. - Cross-functional collaboration experience with Product, Operations, Growth, and Engineering teams. - Problem-solving mindset, structuring solutions and ensuring execution stays on track. - High ownership and adaptability, proactive and resourceful in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communicator and strategic thinker, influencing stakeholders and creating clear action plans.
