SA Senior Performance Marketing Manager

Overview: - Seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager for expansion into new markets, including South Africa. - Responsible for developing and executing data-driven performance marketing campaigns. - Focus on user acquisition and retention for web and app products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement performance marketing strategy, specifically for the South African market. - Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple channels. - Analyze campaign data to identify trends and improve performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns. - Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. - Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners. - Provide leadership within the performance marketing team. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field (Advanced degree preferred). - 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in the online sports betting industry. - Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention. - In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, and AppsFlyer. - Strong analytical skills and project management abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Passion for sports and understanding of the sports betting landscape.
