Director, Total Rewards

**Overview:** - TerrAscend's mission to shape the future of the cannabis industry through therapeutic products and premium recreational use. - Aims to assemble a team that values service to patients, customers, and each other. - Seeks a Director for Total Rewards to lead Enterprise Total Rewards program. **Key Responsibilities:** - Set vision and direct compensation and benefits programs. - Oversee collection and analysis of wage, salary, and incentive data. - Administer equity and executive programs. - Support salary review and bonus processes. - Direct new role compensation and role changes. - Report to the Compensation Committee. - Set vision and oversee benefits programs. - Analyze benefits market and develop competitive programs. - Direct benefits information distribution. - Manage support functions for benefits. - Work cross-functionally and build rapport with leadership. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field (preferred). - 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits. - 3+ years managing benefits and compensation team. - Experience with international organizations and differing regulations. - SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred. - Start-up/early-stage company experience preferred. - Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with leadership. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $150,000 - $180,000 annually. - Annual incentive plan bonus target. - Employee Discount, Flexible Paid Time Off, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k with company matching, Employee Assistance Program, Paid Parental Leave, Life Insurance, Short & Long Term Disability. - Background check required based on state rules. - TerrAscend is an equal opportunity employer, prohibiting discrimination. - Participates in E-Verify. **Statement on External Recruiting Agencies:** - TerrAscend does not accept blind resume submissions from external recruiting agencies without an active search contract. - No fee paid to agencies submitting candidates without a contract. - Apply for the job.
