Salesforce QA Engineer / Admin

Key Responsibilities: - Test Planning & Execution: Collaborate with business analysts and developers to define test strategies and create comprehensive test plans/cases. - Quality Assurance: Execute manual and/or automated tests for functionality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce customizations. - Issue Tracking & Resolution: Identify, document, and track defects; work closely with the development team to resolve issues. - Salesforce Administration: Perform configuration tasks such as user management, security settings, profile/permission setups, and maintenance of custom fields. - Environment Management: Assist in the setup and maintenance of Salesforce sandboxes. - Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and refine QA processes. - User Support: Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting assistance to internal stakeholders. - Documentation & Training: Maintain documentation and deliver training sessions or create user guides. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA and/or Administration. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and custom objects, flows, validation rules, and permission setups. - Proficiency in creating test plans, test scripts, and regression test scenarios. - Experience managing user roles, profiles, sharing settings, and other admin tasks. - Basic knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, data loader tools, and sandbox management. - Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) or other relevant Salesforce certifications. - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. - Comfortable working in an Agile/Scrum environment. - Fluent English for daily communication with global teams.
