Guru Field Representative - Portland, Oregon

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage field support efforts for Brooks in distribution channels. - Support sales and marketing teams with product launches, merchandising, and grassroots programs. - Collaborate on national account sell-through programs and in-store promotions. - Educate retail associates and runners about Brooks technology and product leadership. - Represent Brooks at national and local running events and expos. - Maintain company vehicle and equipment. - Complete weekly field notes and provide product and competitor feedback. - Feature in product videos for various platforms. - Manage a yearly product seeding and corporate card budget. - Travel extensively and work weekends and extended hours as needed. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Live within 30 miles of designated territory. - BA or BS degree in Marketing/Sales/Retail Management or equivalent experience. - 1+ years of Marketing/Sales/Retail experience, 2+ years preferred. - Outdoor, Sports, or Athletic industry experience preferred. - Knowledge of performance athletic footwear/sport bras/apparel/accessories and biomechanics. - Basic retail math, inventory management, and selling skills. - Strong organizational, independent, and teamwork skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Understanding of running and empathy for runners. - Ability to strategically use an annual budget. - Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
