IOR Logistics & Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with IOR partners to establish and refine import processes. - Ensure compliance with international trade laws and company standards. - Assist in creating documentation and training materials for import procedures. - Act as the primary Logistics point of contact for clients. - Negotiate pricing and service agreements with IOR partners. - Analyze costs associated with global rollouts and provide recommendations. - Monitor project progress and address challenges. - Stay updated on international trade regulations and provide guidance. - Facilitate the integration of IOR services into customer projects. - Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in international trade, customs compliance, logistics, or related field. - Proven expertise in IOR processes and international shipping practices. - Cross-functional experience with sales, legal, logistics, operations, and finance. - Familiarity with contract negotiations and service agreements. - Strong project management, data analysis, negotiation, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills. - Cultural awareness and leadership skills.
