Account Executive, Enterprise - US (Remote)

Overview: - Account Executive role at Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. - Serves over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders. - Responsible for driving new business opportunities and increasing market awareness for Weights & Biases software and services. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategy for assigned territory or targeted customer list. - Deeply understand and articulate the W&B offering and value proposition. - Generate pipeline within territory for long-term success. - Leverage Channel and Alliance partner community for new opportunities and closing existing deals. - Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry to deal close. - Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives. - Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide regular updates on active accounts. - Travel for client visits and presentations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 4+ years of progressive SaaS software sales experience, including roles as an SDR, Commercial/Mid-Market, and Enterprise seller. - Track record of success in closing business. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels. - Self-starter mentality in a collaborative environment.
