Account Executive, Federal - Remote

Overview: - Role within Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. - Serves over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders. - Responsible for closing existing pipeline and driving new business opportunities for selling Weights & Biases Software to federal accounts. - Part of the new public sector practice. Key Responsibilities: - Work in coordination with the Head of Federal to close existing pipeline and drive new business opportunities. - Develop a deep understanding of the Weights & Biases offering and craft a government-centric value proposition. - Meet annual revenue objectives for assigned territory. - Build pipeline to exceed sales targets and focus on sustainable federal business. - Act as the tactical lead for customers, prospects, and partners. - Lead the government RFI/RFP response process when necessary. - Manage opportunities through the sales cycle and report to leadership. - Travel for client visits and presentations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 2-4 years of Federal Software Sales and/or Federal Business Development experience in Data and AI. - Track record of success closing federal deals. - Working knowledge of Public Sector/procurement process. - Gumption and Grit: Willingness to tackle challenges and step out of normal channels. - Collaborative Builder: Understanding of building a public sector practice to serve mission needs. - First in seat, Federal or Startup Sales experience, and a rolodex are nice to have. - Secret Clearance is a nice to have.
