Overview: - Account Executive role at Weights & Biases (W&B) - Responsible for driving new business opportunities and closing sales engagements - Focus on generating and managing pipeline within assigned territory Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales strategy - Deep understanding and articulation of W&B offering and value proposition - Manage opportunities from initial inquiry to deal close - Meet revenue objectives and maintain customer satisfaction - Provide regular updates on active accounts - Travel for client visits and presentations Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of progressive SaaS software sales experience - Successful track record in closing business with large enterprise accounts - Excellent negotiation, analytical, and organizational skills - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels - Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Compensation & Benefits: - Annual salary range: $127,500 - $150,000 - Competitive salary, equity, and benefits package - Flexible time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage - Remote first culture with in-office flexibility - Home office budget with a new laptop - 12 weeks of parental leave (U.S. specific) - 401(k) (U.S. specific) - Supplemental benefits may vary by location - Variable compensation based on performance
