AI Engineer - India (Remote)

Overview: - Weights & Biases aims to build the best tools for AI developers and ML practitioners. - Founded with a focus on AI developer platforms for deep learning and generative AI applications. - Series C company with $250M funding, over 200 employees, serving 1,000+ customers and 30+ foundation model builders. Key Responsibilities: - Develop open-source Weave integrations and GenAI-powered tools. - Create GenAI blog posts and code examples for global audience. - Collaborate with Product team for feedback and testing of new Weave features. - Engage with the developer community in India, organize GenAI events, and build an ambassadors program. - Balance work between coding and community engagement, with a focus on the India market. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Based in India, with 4-7+ years of industry experience. - Track record of open-source contributions and GenAI application building. - Experience with pre-training/fine-tuning LLMs at scale and multi-modal models. - Experience in a developer tools company and AI community events. - Strong knowledge of Python and ML frameworks. - Strong plus: Organizing AI events or speaking at AI events, and planning/orchestrating 3+ AI community events in the past year.
