Director of Business Development - London

Overview: - Weights & Biases is seeking a Director of Business Development to support the growing Partner Ecosystem in EMEA. - The role involves building and leading key partnerships, including Cloud, ISV, and Channel/SI partners. - Responsibilities include developing new integrations, participating in the sales cycle, and collaborating with Marketing for innovative programs. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and lead partnerships with Cloud, ISV, and Channel/SI partners. - Develop new and innovative integrations and distribution models. - Participate in the sales cycle for larger opportunities. - Build relationships with partner GTM teams and educate them on joint value propositions. - Collaborate with Marketing to design and implement innovative marketing programs. - Develop and execute on quarterly business plans with partners. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in building and leading partnerships in the Data & AI ecosystem. - Strong understanding of AI/ML, Cloud, and Data Ecosystem companies and products. - Experience with NVIDIA, Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services, & Google Cloud. - Experience building channel and SI partnerships in EMEA. - Ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills. - Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation.
