Senior Account Director, South Korea

Overview: - Regional Account Director role at Weights & Biases, a Series C company with $250M in funding and over 200 employees. - Serves over 1,000 customers and more than 30 foundation model builders. - Responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and close new opportunities for selling Weights & Biases software and services. - Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for assigned territories or customer lists. - Articulate the W&B offering and value proposition in the market. - Manage pipeline generation, maintain customer satisfaction, and execute marketing and PR activities. - Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives. - Provide regular updates on active accounts. - Travel for client visits and presentations. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Native fluency in Korean and business-level fluency in English or Japanese. - 4+ years of data, analytics, or machine learning sales experience. - Track record of success in closing business with key Korean enterprise customers. - Experience in building sales partnerships with major local IT companies. - Excellent negotiation, analytical, financial, and organizational capabilities. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work at both tactical and strategic levels. - Can-do, self-starter mentality in a collaborative atmosphere.
