**Overview:** - AHEAD builds platforms for digital business, integrating cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating a culture of belonging and diversity. - Committed to equal opportunity employment and non-discrimination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage RFx requests from intake to submission. - Review and process RFx-related Services Requests. - Follow-up on intake action items and coordinate with the legal team. - Setup and organize RFx response efforts, including response roadmaps and team cadence calls. - Prepare and assemble AHEAD branded RFx templates and documents. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 1-3 years of training and education experience. - Experience with Excel and PowerPoint. - Independent self-starter, creative problem solver, strong communication skills. - Ability to work independently, manage time, and adapt to situations. - Strong interpersonal skills, multitasking, and desire for continuous learning. - Backgrounds are open, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year. - USA Employment Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, time off, parental and caregiver leave, plus more. - OTE range may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
