ServiceNow Project Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Guide project teams on Agile/Scrum practices and values. - Assess and coach Scrum maturity of teams. - Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making. - Manage project initiation, planning, execution, and closure. - Coordinate tasks among team members, departments, and clients. - Manage project risks, issues, and progress. - Interface with clients on technical matters. - Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify improvement areas. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Strong project management skills using Agile and Waterfall methodologies. - Knowledge of industry project management best practices (PMBOK). - Experience with IT project methodologies and life cycles. - Advanced skills in project management software. - Excellent analysis, problem-solving, team, conflict management, and time management skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Experience with data center infrastructure hardware/software. - Ability to manage project budgets and timelines. - Effective negotiation techniques. - Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments.
