Lead Engineer – Data Export & Data Warehouse

Key Responsibilities: - Architect scalable backend systems and data pipelines. - Lead and mentor a team of engineers within the backend distributed systems team. - Promote software development best-practices and conduct rigorous code reviews. - Identify and solve technical challenges. - Conduct interviews to attract and identify potential high-performing candidates. - Balance and prioritize projects to achieve company objectives. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Extensive experience with big data processing at the scale of terabytes or more. - Strong technical leadership skills with a proven ability to define and drive long-term engineering strategies. - Hybrid expertise in data engineering and software development. - Hands-on experience with data warehouse technologies (Trino/Presto, Snowflake, etc.). - Track record of building and scaling robust data pipelines and systems in production environments. - Ability to think strategically, lead technically, and inspire the team.
