**Overview:** - AHEAD builds digital business platforms through cloud infrastructure, automation, analytics, and software delivery. - Focuses on digital transformation and creating a culture of belonging and diversity. - Equal opportunity employer with a commitment to non-discrimination. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deliver projects on time with high quality, exceeding client expectations. - Design and implement complex technical solutions for clients. - Build and maintain client relationships, drive business growth, and identify upselling opportunities. - Develop technical and non-technical deliverables for client teams and senior leaders. - Collaborate with clients to address technical challenges with tailored solutions. - Create and present solution designs and innovations to senior leadership. - Develop and maintain technical roadmaps and innovation plans. - Establish project estimates, plans, and mitigate risks. - Provide mentorship and professional development to team members. - Lead collaboration within technical communities. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Cloud, DevOps, Automation, Application Modernization. - Hands-on experience with Platform core services and transformational initiatives. - Proficiency with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, ARM, CloudFormation). - Experience with deployment services (Harness, GitHub, Ansible, Jenkins). - Knowledge of branching strategies. - Programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languages. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Understanding of cloud-native application design principles, DevSecOps, IaC, CI/CD Pipelines. - Knowledge of enterprise organizations and IT functions. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Salary range: $180,000 - $230,000 a year. - USA Employment Benefits: - Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance - 401(k) - Paid company holidays - Paid time off - Paid parental and caregiver leave - Additional benefits available at www.aheadbenefits.com - On-Target Earnings (OTE) may vary based on experience, qualifications, and location.
