**Overview:** - AllTrails is a leading global platform for outdoor enthusiasts, offering curated trail maps, photos, reviews, and user-generated content. - The company is frequently ranked in the top-5 Health and Fitness apps and boasts over 75 million downloads. - The marketing team is focused on scaling creative and performance-driven marketing strategies to attract and retain users. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute performance marketing strategies within paid social channels for user acquisition. - Drive new marketing initiatives to scale the business and improve user acquisition efficiency. - Analyze performance trends and identify optimization opportunities. - Conduct external benchmarking and historical data analysis to inform strategic development. - Develop and implement a roadmap of channel and creative tests, tracking learnings and proposing new tests. - Report findings and impact to the Growth Marketing team and across the organization. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Minimum 2+ years of B2C digital marketing experience, with a focus on mobile user acquisition via paid social channels. - Strong data analysis skills, proficient in manipulating large datasets. - Curiosity about digital marketing trends and issues. - Goal-oriented, with a passion for the outdoors. - Excellent communication skills, able to distill data into key themes. - Comfort with ambiguity and self-direction. - Passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. - Bonus qualifications include subscription business experience and management consulting experience. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and business needs. - Equity as part of the compensation plan. - Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision coverage, and a monthly wellness stipend. - Trail Days: first Friday of each month off for outdoor activities. - Unlimited PTO and flexible parental leave. - Remote employee equipment stipend. - Annual continuing education stipend. - Discounts on subscriptions and merchandise. - Commitment to an inclusive workplace and professional growth.
