Account Manager, SMB Sales

**Overview:** - Attentive® is an AI-powered mobile marketing platform that personalizes consumer engagement for brands. - The platform enables marketers to create tailored journeys, driving recurring revenue and optimizing campaign performance. - Attentive is partnering with marketers for strategic guidance and is trusted by global brands. - The company is recognized for growth by Deloitte’s Fast 500, Linkedin’s Top Startups, and Forbes Cloud 100. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage expansion sales opportunities for Attentive’s small-business customer base. - Partner with Relationship Management Customer Success team to uncover growth opportunities. - Conduct prospecting, pitching, demo, pricing, and launch calls independently. - Provide timely forecasts, send outbound emails, conduct cold calls, steer pricing negotiations, and manage customer inquiries. - Prepare and present data and trends to customers on platform usage and engagement. - Manage the sales cycle across CRM systems. - Define processes and build strategy with an entrepreneurial mindset. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - 1-2 years of experience in a prospecting sales role (Sales Development, Renewals Management, Account Management, Account Executive, or outside sales). - Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, or startup preferred. - Strong competency in objection handling and product price/value alignment. - Analytical account development strategy using data to find opportunities. - Experience managing the sales cycle across CRM systems. - Demonstrated experience meeting and exceeding quota. - Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to define processes and build strategy. **Compensation & Benefits:** - US base salary range: $65,000 - $70,000 annually + bonus/commission. - Competitive perks and benefits, including health & wellness and equity. - Attentive is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
