Senior Software Engineer, Integrations

Overview: - Collaborate with Product Management to meet user needs without sacrificing quality or incurring tech debt. - Improve project quality through code contributions and advocacy for larger-scale changes. - Build consumer experiences with a focus on code quality, scalability, reliability, and performance. - Monitor software applications to ensure they operate as specified. - Recommend and implement software upgrades for existing systems. - Modify software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces, and enhance performance. - Analyze and plan for new system installations or modifications of existing systems. - Protect against regressions using various testing techniques. - Communicate effectively with management to align on system principles. - Develop, document, and revise system design and testing procedures. - Deploy applications and services on the cloud for scalability and reliability. - Architect and scale event-driven systems. - Lead technical discussions and decisions. - Advocate for best practices and quality standards in software development. - Maintain high standards for code quality and system reliability. - Telecommuting is permitted, with reporting to Headquarters. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related field. - 4 years of professional experience in software engineering for web technologies or applications. - 4 years of experience performing software engineering tasks for scalable and reliable web technologies. - Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go. - 3 years of experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for application and service deployment. - 2 years of experience in Large Scale Data Processing (SQL and NoSQL) for model training or marketing analysis. Compensation & Benefits: - US base salary range: $170,400 - $255,600. - Equity and benefits package. - Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. - Telecommuting permitted with reporting to Headquarters.
