Overview: - Seeking Strategic Account Executive (SAE) with experience selling to Fortune 100 tech companies in Western US. - Responsible for selling new and growing existing accounts, leveraging Everbridge solutions. - Develops relationships within accounts to close larger opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Understand target buyers, products, and competitors. - Prospect and identify new opportunities, maintaining a healthy pipeline. - Implement consultative, solution selling methodology. - Close sales exceeding $100,000 annually. - Work with Marketing and Business Development on campaigns to top buyers. - Manage and forecast business using SF.com. - Develop and manage a high volume of opportunities. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 8+ years of sales experience with SaaS or hosted software to enterprise accounts. - 5+ years selling into larger enterprise accounts. - Background or training in consultative/Solution Sales process. - Strong blueprinting, prospecting, and cold calling skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Proven experience as a "hunter" into large US companies. - Ability to grow revenue within existing accounts. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. - Verifiable history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas. - Willingness to travel approximately 30%+. - Experience using SalesForce and MEDDICC. Compensation & Benefits: - Estimated salary range: $118,000 - $150,000. - Variable compensation based on skills, qualifications, and experience. - Comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, parental planning, mental health benefits, disability income benefits, life and AD&D insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and fitness reimbursements. - Fair Chance Statement compliant with US & Canada laws. - Background checks may affect access to sensitive information, management of company funds, work in high-security environments, and compliance with contractual or regulatory requirements. - Individual evaluation of criminal history in relation to job duties.
