Overview: - HighLevel is a cloud-based, all-in-one white-label marketing and sales platform. - Empowers marketing agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses to enhance digital presence and drive growth. - Serves a diverse customer base globally, including over 60K agencies and 450K businesses. - Operates at scale with significant API hits, message events, and data volume. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customer requirements and translate them into implementation plans. - Develop, coordinate, and execute project plans for software implementation/upgrade/conversion. - Design, create, and manage software integration/migration deployments. - Manage project scope changes and collaborate with leadership on contingency plans. - Follow up with accounts to ensure successful implementation of HighLevel. - Conduct analysis of customer content and create transition/migration plans. - Advise customers on best practices and changes impacting institutional processes. - Drive consulting milestones and achieve implementation schedules. - Handle basic support requests during implementation. - Develop strong rapport with new accounts for long-term success. - Maintain product knowledge and provide consistent education. - Cross-train with other success functions. - Handle additional duties as business needs change. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Associate degree or equivalent work experience. - Minimum of two years of customer success/software implementation/consulting experience. - Strong skills in dealing with sensitive customer issues, communication, and follow-through. - Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Knowledge of internal systems (HighLevel, Freshdesk, etc.). - Proficiency in software solutions and professional service offerings. - IT technical skills and platform integrations. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and customer satisfaction. - Ability to handle ambiguity in a dynamic work environment. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - EEO Statement: Commitment to diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
