Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Experience in managing Paid Social campaigns across various industries and platforms. - Knowledge of big data, automation, machine learning, and emerging channels like TikTok and Snapchat. - Strong leadership skills, including coaching and talent development. - A passion for innovation, testing new ideas, and adapting to industry changes. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, data visualization tools, and data literacy. - Ability to manage time, context-switching, and multiple projects. - Commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
