**Overview:** - Seer Interactive is a digital marketing consultancy focused on compassion, data, and technology to impact communities. - Remote-first agency with potential for office-based roles in Philadelphia or San Diego. - Seer is a Certified B-Corp with a commitment to inclusivity and equal opportunity employment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Craft and drive Paid Media strategy through integrated Search and Social channels. - Consult with clients to understand needs and business objectives, leveraging data for growth. - Build strong client relationships based on Seer's values of Humility and Transparency. - Oversee campaign strategy and management, championing big data and making recommendations. - Prepare and lead client presentations to demonstrate impact on their bottom line. - Manage Paid Campaigns across various platforms, with experience in ecommerce and lead generation. - Stay updated on emerging trends, tools, and data sets, especially in AI and Machine Learning for Search. - Collaborate with team leads to foster account team collaboration and mentor associates. - Support at least 2 impactful client initiatives within 90 days. **Requirements/Skills/Qualifications:** - Experience managing Paid Campaigns across multiple channels, including ecommerce and lead generation. - Knowledge of Paid Media trends, tools, and technologies, with a focus on AI and Machine Learning. - Proficiency in Excel, Google Suite, and Data Visualization tools. - Strong data literacy and ability to integrate data from SEO, Social, and Analytics. - Ability to take risks with innovation and testing, and to consult beyond core Paid Media channels. - Passion for Paid Media and ability to elevate clients, colleagues, and industry peers. - Experience with advanced measurement solutions and offline conversion tracking. **Compensation & Benefits:** - Annual salary range: $75,000 - $110,000. - Evaluation of compensation at least once a year. - Benefits include Seer's commitment to an inclusive environment and equal opportunity employment. - Monthly Career Update newsletter for industry insights and career advice. **Bonus Points:** - Experience with AI & automation tools. - Ability to advise on non-core Paid Media channels such as Influencer, CRO, and International Expansion. - Understanding of advanced measurement solutions and connecting platform performance metrics to business impact.
