Product Design Manager

Overview: - Product Design Manager role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Responsible for design vision, quality, and team coaching. - Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering for innovative solutions. - Drive delivery against key business objectives and improve team operations. Key Responsibilities: - Grow and build a team of product designers. - Mentor, empower, and coach designers of all levels. - Operate and iterate processes of discovery, validation, and building. - Collaborate on roadmap and vision with key partners. - Shape the design direction of future products and experiences. - Understand advertising and marketing technology spaces. - Facilitate cross team work and user journey thinking. - Manage business context and product challenges. - Apply appropriate solutions to differing business needs. - Create attractive and intuitive interfaces. - Adapt to fast-paced and changing environments. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Product Design. - Deep knowledge of UX competencies: Interaction Design, Usability Testing, Prototyping, Information architecture. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Understand business context and manage uncertainty. - Strong visual design principles. - Flexible and adaptable to changing environments. - Passion for mentoring, coaching, and leading a high-performing design team.
