Sales Director (West Coast Canada)

Overview: - Sales Director (SD) role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Responsible for growing and training a team of Account Executives. - Focus on expanding StackAdapt’s Western Canada presence and revenue. Key Responsibilities: - Hire, train, and mentor a team of Account Executives. - Pitch StackAdapt to prospective agencies and brands. - Manage and lead a team of 4-8 Account Executives. - Conduct 1:1 weekly meetings with Account Executives for upskilling and mentoring. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes. - Travel with Account Executives to support business growth. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 3-5 years experience as an Account Executive at a similar organization. - 3+ years of experience as a sales manager. - Excellent understanding of programmatic media strategies. - Proven experience in leading change management initiatives. - Successful track record selling into agencies and brands. - Strong client relation skills and ability to coach and mentor. - Proven cross-functional track record.
