Senior Product Designer, Data Hub

Overview: - Senior Product Designer role at StackAdapt, a self-serve advertising platform. - Focus on designing multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game ads, and digital out-of-home ads. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive design and product vision. - Solve complex user problems with well-thought-out solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct user research to understand needs and translate them into strong user experiences. - Visualize ideas and concepts to communicate effectively to stakeholders. - Produce journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes for product development. - Become an expert in ad-tech and programmatic media buying. - Share work early and often, provide design feedback, and mentor other Product Designers. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - 4+ years of end-to-end experience as a Product Designer. - Portfolio demonstrating understanding of user problems, ability to create elegant solutions. - In-depth understanding of design thinking, usability heuristics, inclusive design, design systems, and visual design skills. - Proficient in modern product design tools and programming technologies. - Experience with product analytics tools such as Pendo and Fullstory. - Empathy for stakeholders, ability to tactfully defend design decisions.
