Key Responsibilities: - Engage clients in financial conversations to understand their goals and motivations. - Provide strategic financial advice to help clients achieve their financial goals. - Drive asset consolidation at Wealthsimple through goal-based financial advice. - Meet performance metrics and ensure activity and consolidation targets are met. - Communicate primarily via phone and video, delivering personalized financial planning experiences. - Embrace technology to improve the client experience and make financial planning more accessible. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - CFP required with at least 4+ years of experience in financial planning with asset consolidation responsibilities. - Proven track record of high performance and target attainment. - Bilingual (French) is a strong asset. - Passionate about financial planning and investing. - Comfortable using digital tools and technology to enhance financial planning. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients. - Results-driven and sales-minded with experience in sales environments.
