Inbound Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities: - Own the full sales process for high-quality B2C leads from the Growth Marketing team. - Build growth opportunities through various outreach methods. - Articulate the Wealthsimple value proposition to potential prospects. - Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams on client interaction playtests. - Work with Sales and Marketing on creative projects for revenue growth. - Achieve sales quotas, pipeline targets, conversion rates, and daily KPIs. - Nurture and educate prospective clients through the sales cycle. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications: - Resourcefulness and a track record of perseverance. - Adaptability and a positive attitude towards evolving business goals. - Goal-oriented experience in sales or client-facing roles, preferably with a SaaS or Financial background. - Strong communication skills and a self-starter mindset. - Natural curiosity and resilience to bounce back from rejection. - Recommended: Strong financial literacy (e.g., IFIC or CSC completion).
